HF2A uses the information you provide to respond to this enquiry and discuss your participation. Required fields help us process the enquiry; other fields are optional. Authorised administrators and service providers may access the information as needed to handle your request. We record the enquiry type, recruitment source, receiving time and receipt number in the private receiving system and controlled notification inbox. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions. We will ask your permission before using enquiry information for a public profile or an introduction; enquiry submission does not authorise use of an organisation’s logo or an institution’s crest. Records are retained only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements. You may request access to or correction of your personal data at [email protected]. Optional email updates use your email address and can be stopped at any time, free of charge. We do not provide your personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing.
