The Website and Its Content

This website is operated by Hong Kong Fastener Application Association Limited (香港緊固應用協會有限公司), using the name HF2A. It provides information about the Association and general industry and technical material.

Using Technical Material

Technical articles and standards notes are reference material. Project decisions should be based on the applicable specifications, current source documents and appropriate professional review. A comparison does not by itself establish product interchangeability or project compliance.

Membership and Introductions

Membership begins after Board approval and entry in the Register of Members. An enquiry or newsletter subscription is not a formal membership application or approval. Activities and services follow their published arrangements. Membership, a profile or an introduction is not product certification. Organisations remain responsible for their own evaluation and commercial decisions.

Intellectual Property and Contributions

Website materials belong to HF2A or their respective rights holders. Follow any stated licence and seek permission for uses beyond those permitted by law. Contributors must have permission to submit their material; publication rights and attribution will be agreed before use. Standards and third-party documents remain subject to their owners’ terms.

Third-Party Information and Corrections

Organisation profiles identify the contributor and reflect the information they supply. External sites operate under their own terms. If you find an error or have a concern about content, contact [email protected] so we can review it.

Using the Website

Use the website lawfully and respect other participants’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code or confidential information without authority. HF2A may remove inappropriate content or restrict misuse of its channels.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Nothing in them excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
